Sentimental Sunday’s Challenge time and it certainly challenged me this week 😀

ONE LAYER CARD

Oooo it was soooo hard … had to sit on my hands because all I wanted to do was … add paper, add ribbon, add flowers, add lace … you get the picture!!!

This is the sit on my hands card and I love her.
Have to run at the moment – being given the bottoms rush from hubby but loved her so much wanted to post … Off to Dublin to buy some togs for the holiday especially a super duper sleek trim bikini for my super duper sleek trim body.

OK a hold it in tight all in one body armour for this super duper roly poly, but all mine body … wish it wasn’t all mine!!! Hands up who wants to share some of it??

Just had my few hours of retail therapy and bought my super duper bikini so on with the rest of the info about the challenge.

Printed directly onto a Craftwork Cards, card and coloured all with a mixture of Pro Markers, the card with paper to hide it.

Onto my card and I need help with this one girls … for the life of me I do not know where this image came from.
Believe it or not I am quite organised, I have all my digi images in folders and named but for some reason this one only says Flower Girl Freebie.
If anyone knows where she came from please let me know. Anyways coloured with watercolours and the sentiment is from Stampin Up.
Something weird happening with my cards – have you noticed sweeties that the last three have no pink on them … spooky for me!!!!
OK – some of you might notice that Sir Oliver’s tongue is pink – don’t count.

My three punches used are a MS border punch, a MS round the page punch and a leaf punch.

Because the card looked really plain when the bookmark is removed, I decided to put the sentiment underneath … worked really well.

Followed the sketch from Heart Song Inspiration for my card and the image is from Heart Song Designs which I coloured with Pro Markers.

After colouring the image and before it was added to the card, I scanned it in so that I will always have this image if I wanted to make a quickie card for anyone but I was able to make separate little images for my blog post … coool eh. The card definitely wasn’t complete until I added the sentiment from Raindrop Echo Designs which I thought went beautifully.
