Such An Apt Sentiment

Such a mizzy day out there but not inside here because it’s Saturday and that means another class with my fabby ladies.

This card follows on from the other week where we did masking with distress inks … see it here.

This sentiment describes the day ahead perfectly. Anything could happen in the class and it usually does especially the fun and laughing. Also it’s Maria’s week to come (she can only make once a fortnight) and she brings the cakes mmmmm.

Today the girls are stepping up a notch and using their DI inks again to get those fingers even more messy and dirty. I am sure Theresa will have her gloves at the ready though.

Trust me they don’t know what messy is yet, wait until we get to the next stage!!!!

Shirl

The ladies were stamped onto the card then masked off before adding the background.  We also stamped both onto blue paper then fussy cut parts of the image before adding to the page.

Inks used are Broken China and Dusty Concord, stamps are from Crafty Individuals, Prima Almanac and Flonzcrafts.
