Octobers, Crafts Too Challenge You #4 starts today with a new main theme which is Christmas Festivities.
Don’t forget that we have two different twists for the theme over the month and the first is – Create/Depict a Scene. This could be indoors, outdoors, through a window whatever you like.
My scene is this sweet image of three little girls waiting for Christmas which I printed onto a rectangle of cream material.
Covered a piece of white material with molding paste before cutting with a die, then stitched everything together.
Such an apt sentiment for Christmas time which was stamped and then white embossed.
The beautiful Crafts-Too die is called Flourish Tree which was cut with cardstock then covered with paste to look like frozen snow.

Hi Shirley. I love how the paste makes it look like everything is covered in snow! A great effect. Looove the sweet image of the children too.

I love the way you have created a frame with the paste and the tree really does look like it is laden down with snow. A really beautiful card. Hugs, Anne x

Wow that is so beautiful looks like it stepped right out of Victorian times. Those techniques sound a must to try too. Hugs Sandra X
