Victoriana

We had such a quiet and lazy Bank Holiday Monday that I had a just for me day with my crafting. After speaking with my granddaughter Amber in the morning I felt inspired to make this DL card which has all my special things on it, pretty digital image, stitching, scrunched up vellum, inks, flowers, ribbon, pearls and not forgetting me fave colour … pink. The bottom flowers were spritzed with Memory Mists then opened the beautiful picture in my graphics program, selected only her face which was then printed off and cut out with an oval die.

Here is the gorgeous image I used which I found in a folder on my computer, not even sure where it came from as I have had it literally years.

This is beautiful Shirl, you have certainly made the most of your image. I’m sure we all have forgotten folders on our computers, I know I have! Must have a look and see what I can find.
    Love to you and Andy.

How gorgeous is this then? Such a wonderful colour and that, combined with the soft fabrics and lovely images, has made this a card I would love to hold in my hands. (You’ll have to bring it with you next month).
Thank you for linking to Tuesday Treasures and sharing this and yourself too. I can’t wait till you are back over here again and we can have some crafty time together again. That will be time to treasure too.
