Traditional Christmas

Christmas time at Vintage Stamping Challenges and for my design team card I chose this beautiful image from Flonz Crafts.

One of my favorite pastimes at Christmas is shopping, actually it’s my fave pastime anytime of the year. This Christmas card shows stamping, layering and paper folds with a little bit of blending and tearing.

To enter this months challenge just enter your creation with Mr Linky and maybe it could be you who wins the $20 from Flonz’s store.
Please visit the DT’s blogs for more inspiration and also it would be nice to leave them some love.

What a wonderful retro image, and I love that fan of folded paper – what a great way to add dimension. Chic and very pretty!

A beautiful old style glamour, as though this female is strolling around the streets of New York on a winter’s day enjoying the window displays and her arms brimming over with ribboned boxes and gift bags dangling from her slender wrists. Old style glamour – how I adore it!

Hi, Shirl! I can always count on learning something or being extra inspired on your blog. Love the way you have pleated the panel behind your image! Wow! and tied it with the ribbon. What a GREAT idea! The feeling of “hustle and bustle” in shopping is surely portrayed well in your “wrapping paper type” patterned papers and colors! hugs, de
