Vintage Stamping Challenges has an Anything Goes challenge theme this month. This is my DT piece for the challenge an anything you want to put in it album.
Made this a few months ago but only just finished because I had trouble getting wooden beads for it. A very good friend called Maria gave me a packet at my class last week. Thank you Maria x x
Another reason why it was never finished was because I didn’t have any matching ribbon to thread the beads through. Whilst on holiday I took the album with me to see if I could match some ribbon. A fabulous lady called Sue from Stampy Sue gave me some ribbon which matched everything perfectly. Thanks Sue x x
Should really call this my freebie album!!!
The beads are threaded through the ribbon and used as separators, this way you can add very dimensional elements. The stamps on the front are from Inkadinkadoo called Bottle Row.
When Dot and I Skype we show each other our makes and she loved the stamps used on this album. So I told her where I bought them and she got some as well. Forgot to take a photo of the side because I used the single bottle but you can see what it looks like by seeing what Dot has made with it here.
Love making albums because I can use so many techniques and add them to each page. The little birdcage die was triple embossed with red embossing powder then some silver guilding wax added. The same page had loads of stamping, colouring, inking and stencilling added to it. You can just see the beads on the side of the pic.
On the second pic below the image of the whispering ladies was printed onto tissue paper and added with Mod Podge. The last page has two stamped images from Flonzcrafts which you can find here. There are three large tags inserted into the side edges of the pages.
To enter this months challenge just click Mr Linky at the bottom of the VSC web page and maybe it could be you who wins the $20 from Flonz’s store. Please visit the DT’s blogs for more inspiration and also it would be nice to leave them some love.
Your album is beautiful Shirl, I do love those beautiful bottles but I also love the page with the bird and bees, it is fabulous!
Hugs, Anne xx
Lovely use for the ribbon shirl. Love your album so pretty.
Wow Shirl this is blooming gorgeous, even though it has taken you a while to finish, it has been well worth the wait, love everything about it.

Absolutely stunning, the details are all fabulous and all the images go so well together, love the soft colours as well.

Wow, Shirley, that’s a breathtaking album. Great vintage feeling.
Hi, Shirl! Lovely – so muted in color, and yet striking with the browns and pinks. Very feminine – and so lovely!
This looks absolutely amazing Shirley!!! Each page is a work of art on it’s own. My two fav pages would be the birdcage one (the best birdcage piece I have ever seen) and the bottle one which is coloured so beautifully. Thanks for the heads-up on the bottle stamps…they are so pretty, I love them. And the ribbon and beads finish it all off perfectly! I am so glad that you finished this album.

Instead of investing precious personal resources, Bootstrappers can launch Google Adwords campaigns for pennies to find valuable insight into which words, phrases and concepts customers
will key into. Purchasing medical equipment’scan be a daunting task.
it was saying business owners should be cheering for alternative lending
sources, because it was they took up the slack when the 2008 global meltdown happened.
The expense of a kitchen remodeling project can be pretty high and many people wonder how they can afford
it.
This is such a beautiful album, love all the stamping and added details. What a brilliant idea to use the beads as spacers.
Love your bottle stamp, looks so different from Dots’!

Wow, what a gorgeous album! So many beautiful vintage images and embellishments! I love all your stamps and postcard! I think the bird page is my favourite, but it’s all stunning! hugs 🙂

Spend your hard earned money on indulging in yourself rather than tipping hotel staff from the time to check in to the time you check-out.
Apart from the above described benefits, short stay apartments in Sydney provide several other

Obviously, it is not that simple to operate a small company because a tremendous amount of work is needed.
Bookkeeping is a name given to the process that is undertaken to maintain records of the business transactions done on a daily
basis. Additionally, you will receive monthly client ledger trial balances from the bank, which you can then match with your office client ledger records.
Although it may seem counter intuitive, choosing to outsource can actually be more cost effective to a small business
than having the work done in house.
This is seriously gorgeous Shirl! Every single page a work of art. Jenny x
