Upper Class Toff

What a spiffin upper class toff this old chap looks from the Paris Memoirs collection of Tim’s stamps.

First saw him on Hels blog here, it was love at first sight so I had to go and buy the set.  Thanks Hels for the fabulous inspiration and also for making me spend more dosh lol.

He came Saturday morning and I had him inked and coloured onto card by Saturday afternoon.  Making things I love is easy but the photography bit not so much that’s why he is only just on the blog today.  Also my first time of inking some stamps I was lucky enough to win at the Compendium of Curiosities Challenge #11 and the generous sponsor for this particular challenge was Inspiration Emporium.  I chose an Artistic Outpost collection, (plus some other stamps) and used the building from the set.  Other stamps used are from Stampin Up and Creative Expressions.

Spiffin Old Chap

I wanted everything one layer but it seemed to be missing something so I ripped and tore a piece of book page, added an itsy bitsy piece to the edge and corner which transformed it immediately.

It would be rude not to show Hels how she inspired me so I have entered into her Sunday Challenge – Anything Goes.  Thanks sweetie x x

Your 2 new stamps go so well together, love them too! The toff is a bit on the grumpy side but that’s what you get with older men!
