FSC – Sunset/Sunrise

FSC this month is having a Sunset/Sunrise kind of moment.  Sandra chose this fun theme for us all at FSC and I really hope you will join in with us.  Sandra’s inspiration came from looking out of her window and seeing the most amazing sunrise.

Finally got to use my set of Cityscapes stamps from Stampers Anonymous along with an old SU set called Sense Of Time.

Stamping the ‘Time For Reflection’ was a bit fiddly as I only had one ‘e’ in the set and also they were the teeeniest alphabet stamps imaginable!!!!

I would love it if you hopped on over to see all the DT’s work as they are simply stunning.  Also don’t forget that the winner of this challenge has $20 to choose anything they like from Flonz’s store.

Beautiful scene Shirley, love how you’ve used the clock face with the sun and of course the quote is just perfect.

What a stunning take on the challenge Shirl, and how clever and innovative of you to use a clock face for the sun 🙂 As Avil said, the quote is just perfect for the image. I really like the way that you’ve used white ink over the coloured inks and the way that it softens the image. I love the City Scape stamps and the framing of the image just finishes the card of perfectly. Enjoy your Sunday evening. Sandra x

In short love it! This is my kind of stamp and the design with the clock/sun, branches framing the scene and the reflection word staggered in the water next to the city’s reflection… brilliant.

Wow! Whether sunrise or sunset, your inspirational artwork reminds us all that beauty is everywhere if we only take the time to see, listen, beyond the hustle and bustle of our busy-ness. I enjoy looking into people’s eyes during conversations, or the architecture and form in buildings and furnishings- plus the element of Time and Timelessness- all in your artwork or so it seems to me. Gorgeous! Hugs, de
