Have you heard the big news? Whimsy, Make it Crafty and Little Miss Muffet Stamps have come together to give you a little romance in Paris this Valentine Season! You can join the festivities and read all about it on the ThreeCompaniesTeamUp blog. But wait… have you heard the really big news?! Little Miss Muffet Stamps has now released images in RUBBER! That’s right – so pop on over HERE to get your rubber fix.

Isn’t La Petite Princess just sooo cute … coloured skin and hair with Pro Markers but paper pieced her dress then added lots of Liquid Pearls. Used the new Whimsy Stamps and Die … tipped the edge of the stamp with paint just to enhance … to decorate the tag. Inked, distressed, painted and ripped where I could to give an aged and vintage appeal to the card.

Your next stop on the hop is Barbara

So if you have just popped by to say hi and stumbled into this hop you may want to

Otherwise you should have arrived from Jen J.

I chose to make an easel card with an image from Little Miss Muffet Stamps and digi images from Make It Crafty.

Nora Claire Hatter has just had a coffee at the Cafe De Paris and is so excited because she has a new bike. Both images are from the new range at Little Miss Muffet Stamps. The sentiment plus the table and chairs are the new images from Make It Crafty.

My second card is a gatefold using the new Whimsey Stamps, chipboard embellishments from Make It Crafty and another adorable image from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

I painted the Chipboard Embellishment (MIC) white then daubed pink paint through some sequin waste which made some beautiful dots before I adhered it to one of the new Whimsey Stamps Sentiments.

Make sure you comment along the way for a chance at winning a few extra goodies and once you reach the end, we’ll share all the details on the prizes you can win and we even have a fun challenge you can enter which could win you a feature in the upcoming Whimsy Magazine! Wooohoo!

Did we just hear you scream?

haha – they are awesome right? Our ideas just exploded!!

Little Miss Muffet

Before we start with the new challenge this fortnight I would love to say a get well soon to Barbara who has been unwell since the start of the New Year … hope you’re back on your feet soon sweetie.

We have two new DT members joining us this week so a huge welcome to AJ and Shelby.

Little Miss Muffet Challenges wants to see SOMETHING NEW, my new is this album also some Little Miss Muffet Stamps that I haven’t used before.

Allison & Abby have been printed onto blue cardstock but this time round I have coloured with Twinkling H2O’s and Cosmic Shimmer paints. The sheen is very hard to capture with the camera but it is gorgeous. In picture 5 you can see I have printed Audrey onto newspaper then coloured her with the same shimmery paints. In picture 9 you can see lots of other tags I have to finish painting before adding to my album.

When you lift up the tag with Audrey there is also a smaller pick of her and lines for some journalling.

My New Year’s Resolution for this year is to get ahead of myself … good start because this is for a little girls birthday later in the year. You really do have to check out what the rest of my DT sisters have made for this challenge because every one is soooo cute.

Favourite Projects From 2011

Just thought I would share with you some projects from 2011

Pretty Buttons

Alice is going to love this card with Buttons on the front as she adores cats.

Buttons is just one of the adorable images from Little Miss Muffet Stamps and I used him for my card at Little Miss Muffet Challenges.

The challenge is an easy peasy one this time round … ANYTHING GOES also go and feast your eyes on what the other DT sweeties have come up with every piece is stunning.

Guess what Little Miss Muffet are having a DT Call and that’s not all there is a CUTE FREEBIE up for grabs that you don’t want to miss out on so pop on over to the site and find out all the amazing details.

Buttons was printed onto acetate and on the wrong side of the picture PVA glue was added in stages with coloured glitter. If possible when you have finished you should ideally leave overnight to dry. He looks adorable on the card and just right for any little girl.

Here is a little peek at the Freebie that is being given away and what I have done with her you will have to pop back here next Thursday to see the rest. 😉Shirl
