Check out the flower wow oh wow. Had a crafting day with Jenny from J R Creations and she showed me how to make these stunning flowers. Nothing done for the rest of the day – well apart from making flowers – Jenny found a tutorial on Three Trees (paper) Creations where Deanne shows you how to heat silk flowers and melt them – go have a look. Took it a step further as you do and added Diamond Dust Glass Glitter. Made some fabulous flowers which look just like the Prima ones except cheaper. Click on the image of the flower above and have a better look.
Bank Holiday Monday and Challenge time at Crafty Angels. Evonne set the challenge this week for our DT project …. Your Favourite Stamp, no contest it just had to be a Penny Black but OMG which one!!!!
Finally decided on City Divine …. not used her for a long time.
Used the paper pad from pinkpaislee …. 365 Degrees …. have another one called Queen Bee these are all from Crafty Angels On Line Store and the swirly pearl beads
Stamped onto the Letraset bleedproof marker pad, Andrew bought it for me at the same time as the Pro markers …. what a disappointment, it is sooo thin only 70grams, try anything once …. never again, just cutting out the image after colouring took forever. Only thing I was pleased about was her top, turned out well.
Made a tag, cut out a nellie frame which came with swirls, added these and also the …. one off cut out image. Stamped swirls onto the background paper then layered a nestie frame and added the tag. Larger butterfly was die cut with core card, embossed then sanded. Smaller ones were cut out from some really ancient paper.
